The Board of Trustees is the governing and administrative body of the Foundation, represents and manages it, and assumes all the powers and functions necessary for the achievement of the foundational purposes - Article 16 of the Bylaws -.

Ramon Roca Tió
President (unpaid position)
He studied Law at the University of Barcelona but directed his professional career towards information technologies, developing responsibilities in the corporate field for thirty years.

Pablo Boronat Pérez
Vice President (unpaid position)
PhD in Computer Engineering. Full professor at the Jaume I University of Castelló. He believes 'it's worth trying'.
Lluís Dalmau Junyent
Trustee (unpaid position)
Graduate in Documentation, Technical Engineer in agricultural and food industries, Specialist Technician in the environment. Institut Taradell and internal trainer at the Escola d'Administració Pública de Catalunya in the Department of Education.

Ramon Amblàs i Comas
Trustee (unpaid position)
He took various computer courses in the early 80s, through which he expanded his knowledge in a didactic way. He develops management programs for companies and assists end users. From the beginning of the guifi·net project, he stood out for his very active voluntary work in the installation of supernodes and customer nodes, as well as for providing support to users in forums and mailing lists.
Gil Forcada Codinachs
Trustee (unpaid position)
He studied Technical Engineering in Systems Informatics at the University of Girona. Since 2011, he has been living in Berlin and working as the head of web developers for a newspaper. He has always been involved in code projects (GNOME, Plone) or the open network guifi.net and language (Softcatalà).

Clara Cusó Coll
Secretary of the Board of Trustees
Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona and specialized in alternative dispute resolution. She has worked in different non-profit entities in project coordination, management, political advocacy, and communication.
The trustees may establish a paid employment or professional relationship with the guifi·net Foundation as long as it is articulated through a contract that clearly defines the paid work or professional tasks - Article 19 of the Bylaws-.
