In the guifi·net ecosystem, companies and professionals participate under a collaboration agreement with the Foundation, which enables them to offer legal advice and mechanisms for managing and resolving conflicts to interested parties in the guifi·net Commons Network.

Conciliation, mediation, arbitration, and legal advice services are provided by specialized professionals in different areas, external to the Foundation and registered in a professional database.
