In the guifi·net ecosystem, companies and professionals participate by maintaining a collaboration agreement with the Foundation, enabling them to offer legal advice and mechanisms for conflict management and resolution to interested individuals in the guifi·net Commons Network.
Conciliation, mediation, arbitration, and legal advice services are provided by specialists in different fields, external to the Foundation and registered in a professional database.
