A well-functioning telecommunications infrastructure
We facilitate access to the Internet through the construction and management of a joint fiber optic network thanks to the different actors who have promoted, financed or use and connect to it. In this way, we allow people who want to be users to be on equal terms.

How is it financed?

The necessary investment to carry out the project is obtained through many agents, including the citizens themselves, the Guifi·net Foundation, the Sakana Joint Council, the Sakana Development Agency, the operators, and the Government of Navarra.

By making a donation, you help the project grow and ensure that the network is shared with all participants.

In addition, this contribution allows you to enjoy a monthly reduction, for life, in your monthly fee.
What is the amount of the donation?
Com a usuari de Sakana tens opció d'eliminar el concepte de "quota de línia" del teu rebut mensual by making a contribution of 1,200€ . Fent aquesta aportació:

You will cover el the connection cost de la xarxa a la teva llar o empresa.

You will never have to pay for this concept with the operators.

Suposa gaudir d'un discount of 17€ sobre la factura monthly.
Example in case of making a contribution: if your monthly bill is 45€, you would only have to pay 28€ for Internet access service, as the infrastructure would already be covered
Is it worth making a donation?
You decide. In the joint network of Sakana, we inform and give the option for the user to have the possibility to forever eliminate the cost of the 'line fee', which is 17€ per month, that is, 204€ every year.
If you make a donation of 1,200€, after 4.4 years, you will have already amortized the amount.
Si no la fas, pagaràs aquests 17€ sempre com amb la resta de companyies de telecomunicacions.
Is it mandatory to make a donation?
It is not mandatory to make a donation as long as other resources can be found or a significant amount of donations from the rest of the participants can cover the projects. But it is important to know that in this way, you also help to extend the network to the rest of the neighbors in the area, thus making the Internet accessible to everyone and eliminating the digital divide.
How can I make a donation?
You have two ways to make the payment:

Or you have the option to do it through the SEPA mandate. We will send you the document that orders the bank direct debit on paper.
When can I make a donation?

You have the possibility to make the donation in a single payment (1,200€).

Or split it into two (600*2) or up to three payments (400*3).
In case of being split, payments must be made in the following months after the first payment. You can make half of the payment before installation and the other half once connected.
